Using Hireel

Hireel connects candidates and employers through short introduction videos. You must give accurate information and use Hireel only for genuine recruitment.

Candidate content

You keep ownership of your videos and profile. By publishing, you allow Hireel to show them as set in your visibility settings. Videos must be professional introductions and must not include other people’s personal information.

Employers

Employers may contact candidates only through intro requests, within their plan’s limits. Scraping, bulk downloading, or using candidate information for anything other than recruitment is not allowed.

Fair hiring

Hireel does not allow filtering or decisions based on ethnicity, religion, appearance or other protected characteristics, and does not use AI to judge faces, voices or personality.

Plans

Employer plan limits are shown in your account. Online payment is not yet available; any plan change is made by the Hireel team.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, including fake companies and abusive messages.
