Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details (name, email, password stored as a secure hash), your profile (headline, location, skills, experience), the videos you upload, and the requests you send or receive. We also record basic technical data needed to keep the service safe, such as sign-in times and approximate request counts for rate limits.
Who can see what
Candidates choose whether their reel is visible to everyone or only to signed-in employers. Phone number, contact email and CV details are never public; a company sees them only after you accept its request and choose to share them. Share links show only your video, headline and skills.
Videos
Videos are stored and streamed by Cloudflare Stream using short-lived signed links. Every video is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Replaced or removed videos are kept privately for 30 days and then deleted.
View counts
A view is counted only when a signed-in employer watches at least 3 seconds, once per employer per video per day. Your own views and automated traffic are not counted. View counts are never used to rank candidates.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, unpublish it, pause your job search, block companies and remove videos at any time. Data export and account deletion tools are coming; until then, contact us and we will do it for you.
